“Last winter I wrote two deeply personal songs that came to life as a result of a series of recurring nightmares, something I’ve struggled with for as long as I can remember. There was something hugely cathartic about putting some of that terrifying imagery into my music.

Dreams say a lot about people, at times I’ve wondered whether these songs are too much a part of me to share. Last year I had some incredible moments of connection with the people listening to my music, messages from listeners saying that my songs were helping get through dark periods… I’m using those messages as an unspoken permission to release more music than ever before, no matter how personal.”
